Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the ToneTempo Partner Program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program or using your referral code, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must have a valid ToneTempo account in good standing.
  • Participation is void where prohibited by law.

2. Enrollment

  • To become a Partner, you must activate your account through the ToneTempo dashboard and accept these Terms.
  • Once enrolled, you will receive a unique referral code and link.

3. Referral Credits and Commissions

  • You will earn credits for new user subscriptions made using your referral code.
  • The specific commission rates, payout models, and limits applicable to you will be provided in your Offer Confirmation Email.
  • Only referrals correctly tracked and attributed through ToneTempo’s systems are eligible.

4. Payouts

  • Earnings are aggregated monthly.
  • Payments are made on a Net-60 basis (payouts occur approximately sixty (60) days after the close of the earning period).
  • A minimum payout threshold of fifteen dollars ($15.00) applies.
  • Unpaid balances below the threshold will roll forward until the next payout cycle.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any taxes owed on your earnings.

5. Partner Responsibilities

  • You agree to promote ToneTempo honestly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You may not:
    • Use spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized paid search campaigns.
    • Misrepresent your relationship with ToneTempo.
    • Post referral codes on coupon or aggregator sites.

6. Program Modification and Termination

  • ToneTempo may update or discontinue the Program at any time, with notice provided via email or through your dashboard.
  • We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, any unpaid earnings may be forfeited.

7. Relationship

  • Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and ToneTempo.
  • You act as an independent participant.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • ToneTempo’s maximum liability under the Program is limited to the total commissions earned and payable to you.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Fulton County, Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms, together with your Offer Confirmation Email, the Partner Program FAQs, and the Partner Program Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ToneTempo with respect to the Program.
