  • Content You Share as a Partner: Videos, posts, or other promotional content you create in connection with the Program.

You may notify us in writing if you no longer wish to be represented in public-facing promotional content.
  • Co-Branding and Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates and other business partners for joint promotions, co-branding, and partnership initiatives connected to the Program.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share your information:

  • For Payouts: With payment processors to fulfill earnings owed to you.
  • For Compliance: With regulators, tax authorities, or as required by law.
  • With Affiliates & Business Partners: To support co-branded initiatives, cross-promotions, or joint campaigns.

4. Data Retention

We retain partner program data, including account, referral, and earnings information, indefinitely for business, accounting, historical recordkeeping, and compliance purposes.

Promotional content or likeness may also be retained indefinitely, unless you request in writing that we stop using your likeness in new public-facing materials. Previously published materials may not be withdrawn.

5. Your Choices

  • You may update your account and payment information at any time through the dashboard.
  • If you leave the Program, we will retain your referral and earnings records but may stop representing you in new promotional content upon written request.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
