Always be prepared to answer the question “What did you get done this week?”: Accountability is key. We’re results-driven, and we hold each other to the standard of consistent progress. Everyone needs to be able to reflect on their contributions.

We make the impossible late: We set ambitious goals, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. We may not always hit deadlines, but we’re always pushing to make the impossible a reality, just a little later than expected.
